01 | Absolute Recycling’s Proprietary Solution Treatment. Separate Complex Bonded Surfaces without Damage
- Absolute Recycling’s Proprietary Treatment Solution was specially developed for separating heterogeneous materials without damaging the raw material properties.
- Along with the Proprietary Treatment Solution, Absolute Recycling uses the Drop Method for material recovery from material wastes using proprietary separation and washing method.
02 | The Drop Method Automated Recovery System
Absolute Recycling developed an automated material recovery system using the Drop Method. The Drop Method is used in combination with our Special Proprietary Treatment Solution for material separation and raw material recovery.
- With the automated Drop Method, lightweight products like paper and polyester are collected at the top of the collection tank. Heavy materials are collected at the bottom of the collection tank.
03 | Eco-Friendly Solution: Recycling of Chemical Treatment Solution and Wastewater
- Absolute Recycling developed an eco-friendly chemical solution recovery system, reprocessing the chemical treatment solution for use in our Recycling System when treating the recovered recycling materials.
- After its usage, the reprocessed chemical solution is not thrown away, but recycled and reused repeatedly in our Eco-Friendly Recycling System, without releasing any toxic waste to the environment.
